1. Overview
This Digital Product License (“License”) governs the use of Paidlancer™ and all current and future digital products created and distributed by Grafix, including templates, guides, frameworks, toolkits, and downloadable resources (“Products”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Grafix Product, you agree to be bound by this License.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Product for your personal or business purposes.
This is a license to use, not a transfer of ownership.
3. Permitted Use
You may:
Use the Product within your personal workflow or business operations
Customize, adapt, and modify the Product for your own use
Apply the Product in delivering services to your clients (as part of a broader, original outcome)
4. Prohibited Use
You may not, under any circumstances:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Product (in whole or in part), whether modified or not
Repackage the Product as your own product, template, or framework
Claim authorship or ownership of the Product
Share, transfer, or grant access to the Product to any third party (including teams, communities, or clients) without proper licensing
Upload the Product to marketplaces, cloud drives, or public/private sharing platforms
Use the Product to create derivative products intended for resale or distribution
Clarification:
Buying Paidlancer™ or any Grafix Product does not give you the right to turn it into your own product for sale.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Products remain exclusively owned by Grafix.
This includes:
Structure, frameworks, and methodologies
Written content and language
Design systems, layouts, and visual assets
Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property law.
6. Single-User License
Each purchase grants a license for one individual user only, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
If you intend to use the Product within a team, organization, or shared environment, you must obtain additional licenses.
7. Enforcement & Violations
Any breach of this License will result in:
Immediate termination of your access and usage rights
Revocation of all licenses granted
Potential legal action, including claims for damages
8. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of the Products, all purchases are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided after access is granted.
9. Updates & Modifications
Grafix reserves the right to update, improve, or modify Products and this License at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
